# 主动/被动

这是一段5年前的视频了。内容还是上下文。很多时候，我们的心态取决于我们如何看待问题。

如果我们也创造一个工具，比如一条线。线的上面是“由我”，线的下面是“对我”。我们可以想像一下异同。“对我”的状态的上下文是限定的。“由我”的时候，上下文是开放的。想像一下“对我”的时候，最佳状态已经确定，无论如何都无法达到。“由我”的时候，只有下限是确定了的，能达到什么状态靠后天生长。所以回顾一下所要做的事情，是要求是这样的，不要如何，还是结果是未知的，期待的。看看我们内心的态度如何。

当然，这也有上下文。也会有I/IT/WE/ITS。需要我们根据当时的情况去判断。
