黑暗渐渐散去，窗外开始大亮。早起的蝉声忽小忽大。 

丛中的飞虫，收拢身躯，在微冷的露水中休息。 

河道里高脚的鸟，开始用尖尖的喙，沿水流找寻贪玩的小鱼、小虾。 

准备出发，开始清晨例行的散步。有个声音仿佛在问：准备好了吗？ 经过草丛的时候会惊起飞虫，防虫的药水准备好了吗？ 

听说跑步会伤膝盖，预热的活动准备好了吗？ 

这热的天气运动会出汗，替换的衣服准备好了吗？ 

早安，世界。早安，未来。早安，准备。
