有意思的是每一瓶都是不同的。倒在杯子时里，有的金黄透亮，有的浓如咖啡。有的甜如蜜糖，有的苦入口，回甘长。每个人单独一个口味，再交换着喝，每一种的味道都刺激着味蕾。每个人的杯子里倒上不同的酒，看着它在杯子里面混合，麦芽色在杯子里回旋，迁徙。永远不知道下一口是什么味道。
